How does a Life Coach differ from a therapist?

Coaching is not therapy. Coaches do not dwell in the past. That knowledge may come

How does a Coaching relationship begin?

After an initial in depth intake, we meet via telephone or in person 3X a month. These client centered sessions last from 30-60 min. Most clients begin with a three month commitment to coaching.   [#TOP]
