Sleep Tips:
Try keeping a cooler room, between 60 to 65 degrees. A warm room impedes sleep and causes more awakenings. Use a fan or air conditioner to keep you cool and comfortable.

Keep your bedtime peaceful and your bedroom for sleep-related activities only.

Avoid:

  • Eating two hours before bedtime.

  • Taking a nap after 4:00pm or for over an hour.

  • Exercising too close to bedtime.

  • Lying in bed awake - instead, put on your CD.
