Combine:  All Ingredients.  Mix well.
Servings: 2
[Note] Easier to prepare if you have a food chopper.
1/2 to 3/4 lb Chicken; Diced
1, or 2/Apples; Diced
Optional:  1/Celery Stalk; Diced
1/3 / C Water
2 1/2 /T Lemon Juice
2/T Onion; Finely Minced
1/Garlic Clove; Crush, Mince, or Garlic Powder (Pinch)
Onion Powder (Pinch)
